How To Plan A Workout Program

Learn how to create a workout plan based around your specific goals. You’ll get an verview of the guidelines from ACSM, which is at least 150 minutes of moderate – intensity exercise per week, which can be met through 30 – 60 minutes of moderate intensity of exercise five days per week. Learn about the different types of workouts that can be performed to achieve the 150 minutes per week based on their specific goals, as well as the different types of fitness assessments that can be performed to help you create your specific routine.
